The Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) is a research institution under the Government of Vietnam which was first established in 1953 as the History-Geography-Literature Research Department.

We believe that participating in TRYSPACES will help us gain a lot of benefits including learning and capacity-building, extending networks across Europe and the Americas, coproduction of knowledge for policy advising, as well as contributing to development of cooperation with international partners in research. Our role will be to provide background information, conducting surveys and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis.
